Members may use approved access points for personal fishing activities only. Any activity that may be unlawful, unsafe, or outside normal fishing use must be reviewed with the TFC Board of Directors in advance.

Member Conduct Disclaimer

TFC provides private fishing access solely for the personal, non‑commercial use of eligible members and their authorized guests. Each member is responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their guests and must comply with all applicable laws, lease restrictions, property boundaries, posted signage, and club rules.

Members must contact the TFC Board of Directors in advance if there is any question regarding permitted access, fishing methods, guest use, or lawful activity. TFC assumes no liability for individual actions.
