Policy

The Tarryall Fishing Club, Inc. (TFC, Inc.) is owned and managed by Stagestop and Lost Park Ranch and has been formed to manage and stock those portions of the Tarryall River and Ponds for the benefit of property owners in Stagestop, Lost Park Ranch, and other members, if any, of the TFC, Inc.

Membership is limited to owners of tracts in Stagestop and Lost Park Ranch. The intent is not to over-crowd the river at any time, and memberships will be restricted in order to maintain that objective. Rules and policies are subject to change as necessity dictates.

Membership

Membership is limited to lot owners and their legal dependents (one membership per lot). As stated in the Bylaws of Tarryall Fishing Club, Inc.:

“No owner shall have more than one (1) membership per lot. Multiple ownership for the purpose of using the fishing rights is a violation of the intent and purpose of the privileged use of the fishing rights.”

Memberships are not transferable or sellable. Membership passes to new owners at the closing of a property sale in Stagestop or Lost Park Ranch.

Violations and Penalties

Violations of rules may be grounds for suspension. Failure of members or their guests to follow TFC Rules and Policies will result in issuance of a “TFC Rules and Policies Violation Letter” to the sponsoring member(s).

  • First Violation: Warning Letter
  • Second Violation: $50.00 Fine
  • Third & Subsequent Violations: $100.00 Fine (each occurrence)

Failure to pay a fine may result in temporary suspension of fishing rights. During suspension, continued fishing will be considered trespassing and may result in civil trespass charges.
